As well as the complete range of 'traditional' banking services, we also provide a range of flexible funding products which have been designed specifically for the sectors in which we operate, including;
Property Development Funding
- this helps you with the redevelopment of existing premises, or the construction of build new premises
Fundraising Bridging Loan
- enables your projects to start, with loan repayments being made as your fundraising income is received
Social Mortgage
- a mortgage designed to help you buy new or additional premises. Existing loans and mortgages can also be refinanced at competitive rates
Rent to Buy
- this provides you with the option of up to 100% funding for the purchase of premises through a traditional mortgage topped up by our equity stake
Grant Bridging Overdraft
- this can provide you with valuable cash flow assistance if your grants or other confirmed funding has been delayed.
