Manual Data Entry (MDE)
Manual Data Entry (MDE) allows you to key your payment submissions online direct to Unity e-Payment without having to complete forms.
MDE offers you the choice of a Single Payment or a Batch Payment option.
Single Payment allows you to input payee name, account details, payment details, reference details and make or collect the payment.
Batch Payment allows you to create small batches of payments and submit them through the service in one go. The batches of payments can be given a name (e.g. payroll, expenses or subscriptions) and saved for future use. Additions or deletions can be made to the batches at any time.
This option is suitable if you do not have a payroll or membership system but you have:-
- a low volume of regular payments
- or you produce a high volume of payments but you want a one off requirement for irregular payments, you do not want to set up on the system.
