Apply for Internet Banking
If you are a new customer to Unity please Request an Information Pack where you can apply for information on opening an account with online banking.
Existing customers can register for online banking by printing and completing the attached form:

2. Details of Signatories Form (where appropriate) - this form should only be completed by any signatory who is not going to become an internet user and who has not previously been required to prove their identity to Unity Trust Bank.
Please circulate the 'Terms & Conditions' and the 'Proving your identity' information to each person that applies to become an authorised user.
