Neil is a highly motivated individual who has 25 years experience in Financial Services.
Having joined a 4 year 'apprenticeship' with NatWest, Neil joined the Bank of Scotland at a time when it was a very small player in the English banking arena.
During his 19 years at BoS, Neil was involved with both personal and business banking relationships. Latterly he was employed by the bank's specialist property finance team where he looked after leisure, healthcare and investment funding.
Prior to joining Unity in 2006, Neil spent a year with Abbey Commercial Mortgages where he gained further experience in the leisure and healthcare sectors and also with a significant amount of owner occupiers in a diversified range of sectors.
Neil has been married for 17 years, has two young sons, enjoys watching most sports and is an active member of the Scout Association.
