We are always keen to know what our customers think of us and we value your feedback about every aspect of the service you receive - whether it's a comment about how our customer service team has handled your query or suggestions for improvements to our products.

Online Survey

An easy way to send us your feedback is to complete our online survey. It should take no more than five minutes to answer the questions and we can assure you that your responses are confidential and will only be used for internal analysis - not passed to any third parties. 

Every completed survey is entered into a monthly draw and the winner receives a £50 donation to a charity of their choice.  Recent winners are shown below:
